Maestria

In the heart of the vibrant downtown core, within the Quartier des Spectacles, now stand the tallest residential towers in Montreal. These two majestic towers rise in harmony to 58 and 61 floors and are connected by the highest skybridge ever built in Quebec. Given its scale, Maestria required a comprehensive, clear, and efficient signage system. It includes a range of panels to provide directional guidance, identify key destinations, and regulate the environment, including evacuation plans. Additionally, an information leaflet was created to provide new residents with a navigation tool to help them find their way easily. The developed signage system blends seamlessly with Maestria’s luminous, luxurious, and refined environment. The chosen typeface features an Art Deco touch, reflecting the artistic inspiration at the heart of Maestria. The signage elements combine black and gold, and the larger plaques feature a delicate pattern reminiscent of certain architectural details of the project.
